SHIPPING

We only ship furniture within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. If you order online from Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally, we will contact you to refund your order if we are not able to ship to you. Other exclusions apply for items we are not able to safely ship at The Findery's discretion. 

Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of stocked items. Rush delivery is not available.

For any purchases over $400 we will contact you within 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm) with a quote for shipping. Local Delivery is available for purchases over $500 within a 60 mile radius of our location for a flat rate fee of $150. If this is available based on your address, it will be an option when checking out.

Gift card purchases are delivered directly to the email provided during purchase.  

 

STANDARD RETURNS

Our customers mean the world to us, which means your satisfaction is our top priority. If you don’t absolutely love what you order from us, then we want you to send it back so that we can make it right. You can return most items to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Did you order something that you were expecting to love, but when you saw it in your space, it just didn’t quite fit? We’ve been there too! Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or “like-new” condition up to 15 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Bottom line is: If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll fix it. If your product was damaged or broken during shipping just give us a call at 254.235.1777 or email us at info@thefindery.net and we’ll walk you through how to get your full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged products.
