Consultation 

This service includes meeting with the client in their home to discuss available services, and if service is requested, the designer will evaluate the requested area, take measurements, photos, etc.  $100 

Refresh 

This service is a refresh of a single section of a room, i.e.-mantle area, a single wall, bookcase, etc.  This service includes evaluating current area and creating personal design plan which may include paint or wallpaper selections, décor/furniture selections sourced with a picture of items and current prices—if chosen from The Findery you receive a 10% discount and free delivery, layout for staging with visual concept of placement for new pieces.  This could include incorporating current pieces the client is wanting to keep. This service typically involves 5-10 hours on our part.  $250 

Redesign 

This service is a redesign of an entire room.  This service includes evaluating current area and creating personal design plan which may include paint or wallpaper selections, décor/furniture selections with a picture of items and current prices with purchase links—if chosen from The Findery you receive a 10% discount and free delivery, layout for staging with visual concept of placement for new pieces.  This could include incorporating current pieces the client is wanting to keep.  This service typically involves 15+ hours on our part. $500 

Redesign-White Glove Service 

This service is a redesign of an entire room to include the labor of shopping for the items (consideration for travel to source pieces), handling the ordering of all pieces, and executing the design plan. Think of this as your white glove service option—We do all the work! This service includes evaluating current area and creating personal design plan which may include paint or wallpaper selections, décor/furniture selections sourced with a picture of items and current prices—if chosen from The Findery you receive a 10% discount and free delivery, layout for staging with visual concept of placement for new pieces.  This could include incorporating current pieces the client is wanting to keep.  If the design plan incorporates additional plans for room changes such as knocking walls down, etc., this service would include meeting, planning, and negotiating with any contractors or painters, as needed. This service typically involves in excess of 20 hours on our part. $1000 

*For all service options, Client is responsible for purchase of all items in addition to our service fee. Items not sourced from The Findery will incur a 10% surcharge. If any additional fees are necessary, they will be presented in the proposal.
